Who We Are

WeddingGuidePro is a Tucson, Arizona based company dedicated to connecting engaged couples with local wedding vendors through curated bridal fair events. These Terms of Service govern your use of our waitlist signup and any communications we send as a result of that signup.

What You Are Agreeing To

By joining our bridal fair waitlist, you agree to the following:

• You are providing your contact information voluntarily and understand it will be used to notify you about upcoming WeddingGuidePro bridal fair events in the Tucson area.
• If you checked the email opt-in box, you consent to receive promotional emails from WeddingGuidePro about event dates, vendor announcements, and early access opportunities.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Our Services

WeddingGuidePro organizes bridal fair events at local Tucson venues. Our waitlist service is provided at no cost to you. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission to any event, reserve a ticket, or create any financial obligation on either party.

Event dates, venues, and vendor lineups are subject to change. We will notify waitlist members of confirmed details as soon as they are available.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you will receive at minimum one notification email when event details are confirmed. If you opted into marketing emails, you may also receive updates about future events, vendor spotlights, and planning resources.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not remove you from transactional notifications related to an event you have registered for.

Limitation of Liability

WeddingGuidePro is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in or reliance on our waitlist communications. Events may be cancelled, postponed, or changed without prior notice. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate changes in a timely manner.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
